Country Music Hall Of Fame

I’ve been shooting at the Country Music Hall Of Fame the last few weeks helping them catalog their collection. I’ve photographed everything from Hank Williams suit to Ira Louvin’s mandolin. Wanda Jackson’s dress, Roy Roger’s boots and just about every guitar you can think of. It’s been a great job-lots of interesting stories and it’s always amazing getting to see all the instruments up close.

Unknown Chicago Street Photographer

Amazing story! Check out these recently discovered photographs from an unknown Chicago street photographer. Vivan Maier shot all these images while working as a nanny-on her days off she took her Rolleiflex twin-lens reflex camera and explored the streets of the Chicago. Her work is already being compared to Robert Frank and Harry Callahan. Here’s an in-depth look at her story in the New York Times.

Bob Delevante Photography Featured in Nashville Arts Magazine

A huge thanks to Nashville Arts magazine for the great write up.  It was really a pleasure working with Paul Polycarpou and the entire staff for the story. You’ve got to love a magazine that’s dedicated to highlighting the art and artists of this great city. I am honored to have been included.

Also check out the great feature on Darrell Scott, a great Nashville songwriter. If you haven’t heard him yet, go get some music.

You can pick up a copy of the magazine at a number of locations in town including: Fido, The Frothy Monkey and any of the galleries in town or check them out here.
